How do I get a free bookkeeping quote from Grand Rapids Bookkeper LLC?

We keep it simple.

Option 1:

You invite us to your Quickbooks Online. This is the most accurate way of providing you with a quote

Option 2:

You send us last 3 bank statements. If you use credit cards frequently, then send us those statements, too. Also we will ask questions about any business loans, mortgages, etc.

We will categorize your transactions, reconcile accounts, and deliver your financial reports by the 5th of each month. After that, if you have any questions, just reach out — by email, phone, or video call — anytime, any day, as often as you need.

What we need from you:

If your bank doesn’t automatically imports monthly statements into QuickBooks, please semail your bank statements at the start of each month so we can reconcile the previous month quickly.

We may ask about a transaction or two, especially in the beginning while we learn your business. The sooner you reply, the faster we can categorize everything.

Invoices for our work are sent on the 5th and are expected be paid within a week.

And lastly — please do not ask us to “cook” the books. We don’t do anything dishonest or risky with the IRS.

How do we get paid?

We email our invoices with a card payment link attached.

Unlike others, we do not charge a card fee. It’s convenient for us because we don’t have to wait for checks, so it wouldn’t make sense to charge you for something that benefits us.
