We keep it simple.
Option 1:
You send us last 3 bank statements. If you use credit crads frequently, then send us those statements, too. Also we will ask questions about any loans, mortgages, etc.
Option 2:
You invite us to your Quickbooks Online. This is the most accurate way of providing you with a quote.

Expertise, trust, comitment and everything else that goes along a honest business.
We will categorize your transactions, reconcile your accounts and provide you with financial reports by the 10th of each month.

Bank statements at the beginning of a month, so we can reconcile the previous month as soon as possible.
Sometimes we ask question about a transaction or two, especially at the beginning when we still learn about your business. The sooner you answer the faster we categorize your transactions.
Invoices for our work are sent on the 10th of the month and are expected to be paid within a week.
Please DO NOT ASK us to “cook” your books so you can play games with IRS. We are not that kind of a bookkeeping business.

We email our invoices with a card payment link attached.
Unlke others we DO NOT charge card fee, We think it is convenient to us since we don’t have to wait for checks to arrive. If it’s convenient to us the it doesn’t makes sense to charge fee to you, the customer .
